VARSA held it’s first Coalition Orientation since the corrective action plan on Thursday November 6th at the High School. Feedback from guests report that it was a resounding success, with over 50 people spending time finding out more about how the coalition works and how to get involved. Everyone left excited, energized, and better informed. Our event sponsors were Zamorana, Thriftway, and The Vashon Island Coffee Roasterie.

A special thanks goes out to all six table hosts – Chuck vanNorman, Lisa, Bruce, Lee Kopines, Tracie Mach, Theresa Hample, and special guest, Laura Quinn. They all made “speed-dating” VARSA Style, both fun and informative.
